Who we are

Viora Studio (“Viora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent mobile app studio. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and to the mobile applications we publish, including Frames, No Crop, Opening, Watermark, Boomerang, and Qalb (each, an “App,” and together, the “Apps”).

The short version

Our Apps are built to work without accounts and without collecting more than they need. Your photos and videos are processed on your device, you do not need to sign up to use the core features, and we do not sell your personal information. The sections below explain the details.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the App and how you use it, this may include:

• Photos and videos you choose to edit. These are accessed and processed on your device so the App can do its job. We do not upload your library to our servers, and we do not retain your media after you finish editing.
• Usage and diagnostic data. Anonymous or aggregated information about how an App is used (for example, which features are opened, crashes, and performance) so we can fix bugs and improve the experience.
• Purchase information. When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of the purchase but never your full payment-card details.
• Information you send us. If you email us for support or feedback, we receive your message and email address so we can reply.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the features of each App.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and design.
• To process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• To respond to your support requests and feedback.

We do not use your photos or videos to train models, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Permissions

Some Apps ask for permission to access your photo library, camera, or notifications. These permissions are used only to deliver the feature you requested — for example, opening a photo to edit it. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate our Apps, such as Apple (for app distribution and payments) and analytics or crash-reporting providers. These providers process data only as needed to perform their service and under their own privacy commitments.

Data retention

Media you edit is processed on your device and is not stored by us. Diagnostic and aggregated usage data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes described above. Support emails are kept as long as needed to assist you.

Children’s privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Your choices and rights

Because most of our Apps work without an account, much of your data simply never leaves your device. You can manage app permissions in your device settings, manage subscriptions through your Apple account, and contact us with any request relating to information we may hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of our Apps means you accept the updated policy.
